MAN PrimeServ Academy Copenhagen offers 

• General courses, available for all seagoing engineers
• Special courses, tailored for a specific plant.
• Course locations are held at the customer´s preference, e.g. on board a vessel, at a shipyard or in the customer‘s premises.
• Marine Academy courses provided as an element in the curriculum of a technical college.

The constant and rapid development of ship's machinery, combined with the reduction in manning means that today it is vital that operating engineers regularly supplement their practical experience with up-to-date theoretical training.

Our courses in Copenhagen are held in our training centre attractively located on the waterfront next to our headquarters building and close to MAN Diesel and Turbo’s Two-Stroke facilities, including the R&D centre, production facilities, drawing offices, etc.

The Copenhagen simulator is, among other things, equipped with a FIVA valve and a tacho system which enables more advanced practical exercises. Due to their mobility, the mobile units consist only of the electronic control system and an engine simulator unit.

For accommodation we recommend　3 hotels all situated in the centre of Copenhagen. To obtain a discounted price, you must make the reservation online via the MAN Diesel & Turbo company login. 

For Copenhagen courses only, there will be a tour of the workshop test engine and the experience centre Diesel House. The hotel invoice is to be settled at departure, and cannot be handled by MAN PrimeServ Academy.
